How long does it take to receive my product?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.

Please note that customized items may require careful preparation before shipping. If there is any issue during production or quality inspection, we may need a little extra time to make sure your order is handled properly.

How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

After the tracking number is provided, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking information does not update right away, it does not always mean there is a problem. The carrier may still be scanning and updating the package.

Do you ship internationally?

We may support shipping to selected locations depending on the order and shipping availability.

Shipping time and delivery availability may vary by destination. Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Please Note

Our customization service is based on the jersey styles currently available on our website. Customers can choose an existing jersey style and add selected details such as a team logo, name, and number.

If a customized product needs to be remade due to a production issue or quality inspection concern, the order may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding as we want each order to be prepared with care.
