LUNXIAN is a custom apparel brand offering personalized jerseys for teams, groups, individuals, and small businesses. Our customization service is based on the jersey styles currently available on our website. Customers may choose an existing jersey style and add selected details such as a team logo, name, and number.

We take each order seriously and do our best to prepare every item with care. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help you properly.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly due to destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.

Return Requests

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back so our customer service team can review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Please note that some customized products cannot be returned. Items with personalized details, including names, numbers, team logos, or other custom additions, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue, production mistake, or incorrect shipment.

Quality Issues, Incorrect Items, or Production Mistakes

If your order arrives with a quality issue, incorrect item, or customization mistake, please contact us within 30 business days after receiving your order.

If the item is materially different from the confirmed customization details, or if you receive the wrong product, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

To help us handle your request more quickly, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item received.

Non-Returnable Customized Items

Because customized products are prepared according to the customer’s selected details, certain personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item.

This includes, but is not limited to, jerseys customized with names, numbers, team logos, or other personal details.

However, if the item has a quality problem, production mistake, or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 30 business days after receiving your order so we can assist you.

Cancellations

Because personalized items may enter production shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

If the order has not entered production, we will do our best to cancel or update it for you.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible. Personalized or customized items may be subject to a customization or restocking fee, depending on the production status.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Disclaimers

All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days after receiving the order.

Quality issue, incorrect item, or production mistake requests must be submitted within 30 business days after receiving the order.

This is a custom jersey product that is not manufactured by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any professional sports brand, league, team, athlete, or manufacturer. Our customized jerseys are independently produced and do not carry any official professional sports league designation or brand.

LUNXIAN reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
